Miguel Angel Rios, 30, was tragically shot and killed on December 25, 2011, in Chicago's Little Village neighborhood. On that Christmas night, Miguel had stepped out, intending to meet his girlfriend, but instead was targeted by unknown assailants. He was shot and robbed, leaving his family and community in shock. Miguel, known as "Chipo" to his friends and loved ones, was a promising young man who had just graduated from UIC College Prep and had plans to attend the University of Illinois Chicag ...
