On a summer evening in Milwaukee, Wisconsin, the life of a 16-year-old Black female named Qunyonce Louis-Moore was tragically cut short. On June 30, 2020, at approximately 10:30 p.m., Qunyonce was walking with friends in an alley near 8th and Keefe when gunfire erupted. She was struck by the indiscriminate shots and died at the scene.
The Milwaukee Police Department and the Federal Bureau of Investigation launched an investigation into the homicide.
Despite their efforts, no arrests have been made in connection with her death. The case remains open, and law enforcement continues to seek information from the public to bring those responsible to justice.
In an effort to generate leads, the FBI has offered a reward of up to $25,000 for information that leads to the arrest and conviction of the person or persons involved in Qunyonce's murder. Authorities have urged anyone with knowledge of the incident to come forward and contact the Milwaukee Police Department or the FBI. The community continues to mourn the senseless loss of a young life.
