On a summer evening in Milwaukee, Wisconsin, the life of a 16-year-old Black female named Qunyonce Louis-Moore was tragically cut short. On June 30, 2020, at approximately 10:30 p.m., Qunyonce was walking with friends in an alley near 8th and Keefe when gunfire erupted. She was struck by the indiscriminate shots and died at the scene.
