In the early morning hours of Tuesday, April 17, 2018, the sound of gunshots pierced the quiet of a Milwaukee neighborhood. A ShotSpotter activation alerted police to the area of 22nd and Orchard, where they discovered the body of 24-year-old Angelica Fiebrink in an alley.
