In the quiet, early hours of Thanksgiving Day 2020, the life of a young man was tragically cut short on a street in Milwaukee's south side. Evian Elizondo, a 17-year-old Hispanic male, was fatally shot just after midnight on November 26th. The incident occurred in the 2500 block of South 15th Place, where the teenager died at the scene. His 18-year-old girlfriend was present and witnessed the fatal shooting.
