On the afternoon of May 3, 2023, a burst of gunfire shattered the quiet of a Milwaukee neighborhood, leaving a young man's life cut tragically short. Dyrell Tony Minor, a 29-year-old Black/African American male, was fatally shot near the intersection of North 21st and West Vliet Streets. The incident occurred around 4:45 p.m., a time when the day was still bright, yet a shadow of violence descended upon the area.
