On a cold winter day in Milwaukee, Wisconsin, the life of 26-year-old Tovio Hardy was tragically cut short. On January 10, 2021, the young Black/African American man became a victim of homicide, his death caused by multiple gunshot wounds. The violent act prompted an immediate and thorough investigation by the Milwaukee Police Department as they sought to understand the motives and identify those responsible for this loss.
