In the late afternoon of Friday, August 27, 2021, a young Black / African American man lost his life to gun violence in Milwaukee, Wisconsin. Randy Winfrey, who was 17 years old, was shot and fatally wounded in a tragic incident that unfolded around 4:21 p.m. on the 6200 block of West Kaul Avenue.
