On the evening of June 5, 2025, the life of Timothy Jerome Groce, a 34-year-old Black / African American man, was tragically cut short in Milwaukee, Wisconsin. The night was punctuated by the sound of gunfire in the Brewers Hill neighborhood, and when police responded to the area near North Avenue and Hubbard Street shortly before 9 p.m., they found Mr. Groce suffering from fatal gunshot wounds. Despite immediate efforts to save him, he was pronounced dead at the scene.
