In the late hours of a Friday evening in Kenosha, Wisconsin, the life of Marcus Giddens, a 41-year-old Black / African American man, was tragically cut short. On October 8, 2021, at approximately 11:20 p.m., the sound of gunshots pierced the night in the vicinity of 63rd Street and 24th Avenue.
