In the spring of 2022, on a Monday night, the life of 32-year-old Andre Lamon, a Black male, was tragically cut short in a burst of violence on the Southside of Milwaukee. On March 28th, at approximately 9:00 p.m., police responded to a grim scene at the 2600 block of S. 9th Street, near W. Harrison Avenue. Inside a vehicle, they discovered two men who had been shot.
