In the quiet community of Diamond Point, Washington, the life of 46-year-old Noelle K. Staneart, a female, came to a tragic and violent end on March 31, 2004. Her body was discovered by a friend inside her residence, a small rental house on prime waterfront property. The Clallam County Sheriff's Office was called to the scene, and it was immediately clear that Staneart's death was not of natural causes.
