In a tragic turn of events on a Sunday night in April 2013, Bradley Fischer, a 47-year-old male, lost his life in a violent shooting spree at the Pinewood Village Apartments in Federal Way, Washington. Fischer was visiting a friend at the complex when he became an unintended victim in a brutal chain of events that stemmed from a domestic dispute.
