In the early hours of March 30, 2016, a dispute in Seattle's Pioneer Square tragically escalated, ending the life of 24-year-old Isaiah Whitmore. Whitmore, a male, was shot and killed in an alleyway in the historic neighborhood. Another man, Hersey Purvis, also lost his life in the incident.
