In the quiet farming community of Toppenish, Washington, the life of a young man, Juan Antonio Palomino, was tragically cut short on the night of January 8, 2017. At 25 years old, Juan, a male known for his intelligence and kind heart, was a passenger in a vehicle traveling along Highway 97. As the car neared the intersection of Buster Road, another vehicle pulled alongside, and the night was shattered by the sound of gunfire.
