Ubaldo Mungia, 18, a Hispanic/Latino male from Toppenish, Washington, died on May 26, 2019. He was at a house party on the 800 block of Washington Avenue when a firearm discharged and he suffered a fatal, self-inflicted gunshot wound. According to police, the gathering involved underage drinking, and the call first came in as a possible suicide before investigators determined the shooting was accidental.
