In the late afternoon of a Thursday in early April 2019, a domestic dispute shattered the quiet of a Newcastle apartment complex. Neighbors in the 7300 block of Coal Creek Parkway Southeast grew alarmed as they overheard a heated argument between a man and a woman, followed by the sound of two gunshots.
