In the late summer of 2021, the life of 21-year-old Stephanie Celeste Jones of Vancouver, Washington, was tragically cut short. On the evening of August 7th, she attended a party in central Vancouver with her 24-year-old boyfriend, Avreaunte Emmanuel Bennett.
