Carissa Larkin, a 32-year-old mother of three from Vancouver, Washington, tragically lost her life on July 25, 2024, in a murder-suicide incident that occurred in the parking lot of her apartment complex in the Bagley Downs neighborhood. The shooting took place around 8:20 a.m. when Larkin was on her way to work and taking her 4-year-old son to school.
