A quiet evening in an east Vancouver, Washington neighborhood was shattered by a series of violent and random home invasions that left 77-year-old Cynthia J. Vance dead. The Caucasian female victim was found deceased in her residence on July 23, 2025, from what the Clark County Medical Examiner's Office later determined to be a shotgun wound to the head.
