In the early morning hours of October 30, 2022, the life of 20-year-old Alistair Waggoner, a Caucasian male, was tragically cut short in Moses Lake, Washington. Officers responded to a report of shots fired at approximately 6 a.m. in the 3000 block of Road H NE. Upon arrival, they discovered Waggoner, who had sustained multiple gunshot wounds. Despite any efforts to save him, he succumbed to his injuries and was pronounced dead at the scene.
