In the summer of 2018, the life of David Johnny Moeller, a 26-year-old White / Caucasian male, was tragically cut short in Moses Lake, Washington. On the evening of July 25, 2018, a dispute over the ownership of a Jeep escalated into a fatal confrontation. The argument led to a physical altercation, culminating in Moeller being shot. The incident occurred around 9:40 p.m. in the 12000 block of Baseline Road E.
