Baker Farhat, a 35-year-old gas station clerk, was tragically shot and killed during an armed robbery on July 27, 2012, in Chicago. The incident occurred at a gas station in the East Garfield Park neighborhood, where Baker was working to support his family. He had been a dedicated employee, using his earnings to send money back home to his family members. On that day, an unknown assailant entered the station, demanded cash, and ultimately shot Baker, leaving him fatally injured at the scene.
