The perpetrator, Stanley Neace, went on a violent rampage in a mobile home community in Breathitt County, Kentucky. Neace, known for his volatile temper, became enraged over a minor domestic issue involving how his wife cooked his eggs. This seemingly trivial matter escalated into a deadly shooting spree.
