In the summer of 2013 in Louisville, Kentucky, a young man's life was cut tragically short. Steve Lamont Bledsoe, a 24-year-old student at Jefferson Community College, was killed by gun violence on Monday, July 15, 2013. His passing left a void in the lives of his family and friends, who remembered him as a loved one with a future ahead of him.
