In the late hours of a Friday evening in the quiet Brentwood subdivision of Madisonville, Kentucky, a tragedy unfolded that would leave the community in shock. On June 6, 2014, 56-year-old Dan Sellers and a woman, Kaye Sellers, also 56, were discovered deceased inside a home on Bernard Drive. The sense of peace in the neighborhood was shattered by the grim finding, prompting an immediate investigation by the Madisonville Police Department.
