In the autumn of 2021, a domestic disturbance in Madisonville, Kentucky, escalated into a fatal incident that claimed the life of 61-year-old Benigno I Feliciano. On the afternoon of Sunday, October 24th, police were dispatched to a residence on South Harrig Street following a report that a man had been shot by his wife. Upon arrival, authorities found Feliciano suffering from a gunshot wound.
