In the late hours of a Tuesday in Louisville, Kentucky, the Shawnee neighborhood was shattered by an act of violence that claimed the lives of two men. Rodney Lee Frye, a 27-year-old Black male, was found shot to death alongside 32-year-old Rodney Dinwiddie on February 24, 2015. The two men were discovered inside a car at the intersection of 38th and Garfield Avenue, both having sustained fatal gunshot wounds.
Emergency crews responded to a report of a shooting and a subsequent car crash.
