In the early morning hours of June 15, 2015, the life of 21-year-old Kenneth Wayne Liggons Jr. was tragically cut short in Louisville, Kentucky. A male victim of gun violence, he was discovered on the pavement at the intersection of 20th and Pirtle Streets in the Portland neighborhood.
