In the early morning hours of February 8, 2020, the life of 22-year-old Andrew Tyler Ragland, a White male from Louisville, Kentucky, was tragically cut short. The incident that led to his death unfolded in the Pleasure Ridge Park neighborhood, a place that would become the final scene of the young man's life.
