well-regarded and active figure in his community. Known for his entrepreneurial spirit, he was the owner of the popular west Louisville nightclub and restaurant, Club Cedar. Described as a great man by those who knew him, Turner and his family were known for their deep roots in the community and their readiness to contribute to good causes. His death was a significant loss, leaving neighbors and friends in mourning and disbelief. Many gathered for a prayer circle in the ordinarily peaceful neighborhood, struggling to comprehend the brutal act that had taken place.
