In the late hours of a Wednesday evening in Louisville, Kentucky, a tragic scene unfolded in the Park Hill neighborhood that would cut short the lives of two young people. On March 13, 2024, police were called to the 1700 block of St. Louis Avenue to investigate a report of a shooting. Upon their arrival, officers discovered 23-year-old Louis House and 23-year-old Da'Vionna Sloane inside a vehicle, both suffering from gunshot wounds.
