The investigation into the shooting led
authorities to 28-year-old Lorenzo Tunstull. Surveillance footage from the scene showed Tunstull exiting a vehicle that matched the description of the suspect's car. The clothing he was wearing in the video also matched the description of the suspect. This evidence, combined with witness statements, pointed to Tunstull as the perpetrator. He was initially taken into custody on an unrelated warrant for possession of a handgun, which was later determined to be the weapon used in Harris's murder.
