Jessica Rae Shadowens, aged 28, tragically passed away on October 16, 2015, in Louisville, Kentucky. She was one of the victims in a deadly shooting incident that occurred in the Portland neighborhood on Northwestern Parkway. The shooting took place early in the morning, around 6:15 a.m., and resulted in the deaths of Jessica Rae Shadowens and August J. DiChiara, aged 55.
