Thresa Shultz, age 52, died in a tragic apartment fire on July 2, 2015, in the Old Louisville neighborhood of Louisville, Kentucky. The fire, which spread through the second and third floors of the building on South 2nd Street, claimed the lives of both Shultz and another victim, Florence Filatreau, age 51.
