In the early days of 2016, the life of 38-year-old Marc 'Markie' Morgan was tragically cut short in Louisville, Kentucky. On January 6th, an altercation at a mobile home park in the 2400 block of Autumn Lake Drive escalated to a fatal conclusion. During the dispute, Morgan was shot in the chest. He was rushed to University Hospital but ultimately succumbed to his injuries, marking the first homicide of the year in the city.
