In the spring of 2016, a promising young woman's life was cut tragically short in Louisville, Kentucky. Lottie Elizabeth Eicher, a 20-year-old female student at the University of Louisville's Speed School of Engineering and an employee with the Kentucky Transportation Cabinet, was fatally shot on the afternoon of Saturday, April 2, 2016.
