Sherman Neace, aged 75, passed away on April 15, 2016, at the Hazard Medical Center in Hazard, Kentucky. Born on April 9, 1941, in Perry County, Kentucky, he was the son of Jesse "Bud" Neace Jr. and the late Lula Allen Neace. Sherman was a private business owner and had served as a Judge Executive, contributing to the local community through his public service.
