In Louisville, Kentucky, a man by the name of Scotty Ray Scott tragically lost his life in a violent encounter. This male victim was 41 years old at the time of his death. On the afternoon of May 2, 2017, officers were called to the 6600 block of Lucerne Avenue in the Riverside Gardens neighborhood, just south of Rubbertown, where they found Scott.
