In the early evening of August 25, 2021, a burst of violence in a Zaxby's restaurant parking lot on Fern Valley Road in Louisville, Kentucky, claimed the life of 17-year-old Devor Andre' Stoner Jr. The young man was fatally shot and, despite the arrival of medical help, was pronounced dead at the scene. His death set in motion a complex series of events that would involve a murder investigation, an arrest, and serious allegations against the Louisville Metro Police Department.
