In the summer of 2017, the life of Kelly Cocagne, a 35-year-old mother of two from Covington, Kentucky, was tragically cut short. On the afternoon of August 14th, police and emergency services were called to her home on Holman Street, where they found she had sustained a single gunshot wound to her torso. Cocagne was quickly transported to the University of Cincinnati Medical Center, but she ultimately succumbed to her injury.
