In the quiet town of Monticello, Kentucky, the life of 20-year-old Matthew Young was tragically cut short on August 23, 2017. A White male, Young was found deceased from a gunshot wound on Mercer Drive, a discovery made by the Monticello Police Department that would send ripples through the community.
