In the early morning hours of October 7, 2017, a dispute outside an apartment building on Foxhaven Drive in Richmond, Kentucky, tragically escalated, ending the life of 21-year-old Jaicoatai Dean. Responding to reports of a fight where gunshots were fired around 3:15 a.m., Richmond Police discovered Dean with multiple gunshot wounds.
