Terence Foster, a 43-year-old man, was fatally shot in his car on the evening of November 13, 2017, in Louisville, Kentucky. The incident occurred near Winkler Avenue and Algonquin Parkway. In the immediate aftermath of the shooting, Foster's vehicle crashed into a Family Dollar store. He was transported to University Hospital, where he died from a gunshot wound.
