In the early morning hours of a summer day in Louisville, Kentucky, the life of William Rayshawn Grant, a 34-year-old man, was tragically cut short. On June 30, 2023, while visiting the Dosker Manor Apartments located in the Phoenix Hill neighborhood, Grant was fatally shot.
