In the quiet community of Lexington, Kentucky, the promising life of 19-year-old Carl Garner, Jr. was tragically cut short on the evening of February 4, 2018. A family member discovered him inside a residence on River Park Drive, suffering from a gunshot wound. Emergency services were promptly called, and he was rushed to the University of Kentucky Chandler Hospital, but he succumbed to his injuries shortly after 9:30 p.m.
