In the spring of 2018, a vibrant life was tragically cut short on a residential street in Lexington, Kentucky. Jason Lemer Smith, a 30-year-old male, was a loving father and a giving person, known by his family for his willingness to help anyone in need. His life, however, came to a violent end on the evening of April 22nd.
