In the fall of 2018, a quiet and caring mother and grandmother named Dana Hodges, a 50-year-old female, found her life tragically cut short in an act of violence that shattered the peace of a Sunday afternoon in Louisville, Kentucky. On September 30th, outside the North Central Church of Christ in the Shawnee neighborhood, the church she regularly attended, she was fatally shot. The coroner later confirmed that her death was the result of a gunshot wound.
