On a Saturday afternoon in Russell Springs, Kentucky, 35-year-old Brandy Renee Johnson was on her lunch break from her job as a waitress at Coe's Steakhouse. It was October 27, 2018, when she went out to her vehicle in the restaurant's parking lot.
