Dovia Louise Pernell, a 15-year-old from Union, Kentucky, was tragically killed in a shooting incident on January 29, 2024. The incident occurred in broad daylight, just before 11 a.m., at the Parkway Place apartment complex in the Algonquin neighborhood of Louisville, Kentucky.
