In the Park Hill neighborhood of Louisville, Kentucky, a life was tragically cut short on the evening of Friday, April 12, 2019. Kevin J. Burse, a 31-year-old Black male, was found in front of a residence on South 20th Street with a fatal gunshot wound. The Jefferson County Coroner's office later identified him as the victim of the shooting.
